...line), and talks about the high taxes the beatles always had to pay. It's a line that I love that talks about these coins they used to put on dead people's eyes, and Harrison says those pennys must be declared too. The Beatles, a few years after, would found themselves in serious taxes problems, and thats why the'd create their Apple company.

2.Eleanor Rigby (Lennon-McCartney)
Main composer: McCartney, Singer: McCartney. A nice song with weird psychedelic lirycs. Lots of fiddles and orchestra musicians for this track. Theres a line where Paul sings 'Father McKenzie...', but it was going to be 'Father McCartney...'...he just thought his father might not like it. The name of the song was the name of some one that was buried at Liverpool Cemetary.

Next is another Revolver track, Eleanor Rigby, which was written by Paul McCartney and features his lead vocals, with John and George backing him up. The music for the song was provided by session musicians, with violins, violas, and cellos giving the song a hauntingly beautiful feel. The lyrics are very touching, as Paul sings about two lonely people, Eleanor Rigby and Father McKenzie, and how their paths sadly cross at the end. This is a brilliant song, and it became a number one hit.
Love You To is a track from - you guessed it - Revolver. This is a George Harrison composition which reflects his interest in Eastern culture. It sounds to me like George was on drugs when he wrote this one, honestly, with lyrics like "Make love all day long/ Make love singing songs." I actually hated this song when I first heard it, but it has...

...a candle to you', and 'This little light of mine.....I'm gonna let it shine to guide you safely on your way', this isn't really that far away from any typical top 10 hit love song. Nor is the conclusion that his mother is an angel - '10,000 Days in the fire is long enough/You're coming home'. This, at least, is new ground for Tool. In a discography where something as guarded and layered as "Jimmy" can be considered deeply emotional, this is a revelation.
And from there, it gets BETTER. "The Pot" is easily the equal (musically, at least) of "Vicarious". Justin Chancellor again stakes his claim as one of the best bassists in the world - he sounds like a a man on a mission on this record. The rest of the band respond in kind - the band haven't rocked this hard and powered forward this directly since "Prison Sex". Chancellor and Jones...
