10 Days Off Vol.7 - Various Artists

Advantages: Relaxing,
Disadvantages: May not suit everyone

...It's not another junk commerical english release. The Cafe Del Mar series have provided me with music to work and relax to. Cafe del mar volume 7 is my personal favourite offering artists such as Bent, Bush, Moby & Lux. The sound of the ablum is very laid back and awesome for a hot summer day. The tracking listing is as follows 1. Northern Lights - Lux A fantastic slow start to the album. Featuring no vocals, the track has a slow, mediterrian sound to it. 2. Breather 2000 (Arithunda Mix) - Afterlife Featuring female vocals, this is another laid back album with the sound of the sea in parts. English vocals but spanish sounding in my opinion. 3. Whispering Wind - Moby I'd imagine Moby to be the best known artist on this album but I'd have to put this track down as one of my least favourites. The track, while still good is very... Advantages: Greatest Debut Ever, Every Song is Fantastic, His Afro!
Disadvantages: How can there be any, it's Michael Jackson!

...So far I have reviewed every other Michael Jackson album out there including, Thriller, Bad and Dangerous. Well today (29th August 2006) is a very special day, it is Michael Jackson's 48th Birthday! For this reason I would like to take the liberty to write my final review on one of the greatest albums of all time - Michael Jackson's first solo album away from Motown, "Off the Wall". A little history about the production of "Off the Wall": Released in August 1979 "Off The Wall" was Michaels first solo album as an adult artist. He wanted this album to be the best it could be. He needed someone with great experience and had met Quincey Jones on the set on the movie "The Wiz" and Quincey produced the album. Advantages: Many different types of rock and fantstic artists - the best of 2006 and 2007
Disadvantages: Could have more hardrock artists in and and second CD hasn't as much good artists in

...A fantastic CD with lot's of different kinds of rock. The best bands of 2006 and 2007 put in one CD. Artists like Snow Patrol, Razorlight, The Fratellies, The Arctic Monkeys, Automatic, The Ordinary Boys, The Killers, Keane, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, The Kooks and the list goes on. Has two CD's and has 40 tracks, 20 on each CD. Has new up coming artist such as Wolfmother. has many artists winners from the Brits: The Killers who won best national CD and best national band, The Arctic Monkeys won best British CD and best British band. The Fratellis won an award too and many more Brit award winning artists. A fantastic purchase well worth its money. A great buy. I recommend definitely to people anywhere between 8 and 100 if they enjoy that kind of music. It even has some live performing artists such as 'The Arctic Monkeys' on tour... Read review
