The band that performed the single for the hit movie "10 Things I Hate About You" are a kind of indie cross chick rock band, called "Letters To Cleo". The single is called "I Want You To Want Me" and is catchy and really does suit the overall image of the entire movie. The movie seems to portray a feeling of female independance and the soundtrack is incredibly good at getting across the point of the film. The song itself is very upbeat and has a kind of heavy feel to it, the lyrics are good and the lead singer has a terrific powerful voice that really shows throughout the song. I would encourage anyone to buy this or the whole soundtrack because it is one of the best that I have seen for a long time as it actually reflects the storyline of the movie!
