Ok I was listening to this earlier so I thought I would put it all down in a review,

I am a huge fan of Ronan right back to his Boyzone days, I guess he was the one in the group who always stood out to me, I think it was his voice as to me he as a great powerful and distinctive voice,

I bought all his CD's and when this came out on 11 October 2004 I rushed out to get it much to my husbands disbelief he couldn't understand why I had to buy this as I had all the songs that was on it on other CD's but I just had to have it.

The album which he has dedicated to his family and friends is called Ronan 10 years of hits and features all his top hits as well as 3 new versions from the Boyzone days which he has recorded solo.

The album was a massive hit staying in the top ten of the album charts for 9 weeks.

So what's on the album

TRACK 1 - When You Say Nothing At All
This was the soundtrack to Nottinghill and this is one of these songs where you hear his strong voice.

TRACK 2 - Life Is A Rollercoaster
This was one of his first solo hits and it also proved that he could sing upbeat songs as well as ballads. And was also the main track of his first solo album aptly named Rollercoaser.

TRACK 3 - The Way You Make Me Feel
Back to the ballads again this song was actually written for Ronan by Bryan Adams who played on the backing

TRACK 4 - LOVIN' EACH DAY.
This is another upbeat song but has personal memories for me, as when my father was in hospital with only days to live, I went home and this was the first song I heard and the words "Loving each day as if it's the last" have always stuck in my mind and made me want to live for today.

TRACK 5 - IF TOMORROW NEVER COMES
This song was originally recorded by Garth Brooks, but my memories are the video Ronan recorded it was a very sad video to watch, which went with the sad words.

TRACK 6 - I LOVE IT WHEN WE DO
Yet another upbeat one but to me not one of his best but hey it's Ronan so I still listen to it.

TRACK 7 - WE'VE GOT TONIGHT
This song Ronan dueted with Lulu and greatly done I say, but to be honest I think Ronan is better off on his own singing.

TRACK 8 - THE LONG GOODBYE
This is the type of song that if you have just split up with a boyfriend, girlfriend etc is not for you to listen to.

TRACK 9 - LOST FOR WORDS
Another fine upbeat song but to me it just doesn't seem a Ronan song.

TRACK 10 - SHE BELIEVES (IN ME)
This Kenny Rogers Classic was performed brilliantly by Ronan and again it brought his distinctive voice out.

TRACK 11 - LAST THING ON MY MIND
Another duet, this time with LeAnn Rimes, although I have said that I think Ronan should stick to Solo the the powerful voice of LeAnn alongside Ronan's pulled it off perfectly.

TRACK 12 - FATHER AND SON
The first of the Boyzone tracks to be sung solo by Ronan which was originally recorded by Cat Stevens and was now on Ronan's solo album

TRACK 13 - WORDS
Another Boyzone classic and originally by the BGEES, it was this song that my husband and I danced to on our wedding night as it was a favourite of ours since we first started seeing each other.

TRACK 14 - BABY CAN I HOLD YOU
Yet another Bozyone song, but to be honest I couldn't find any difference from the Boyzone version, perhaps that is because in Boyzone Ronan was the lead voice.

TRACK 15 - HOPE YOU DANCE
This was a new release for the album and I think it's a lovely song, with lovely words and not too fast but not too slow in my books either.

TRACK 16 - SOMEBODY ELSE
This is another unknown song by Ronan with a good tune to it, but I have to admit to not listening to it as often as the others on the album.

TRACK 17 - THIS IS YOUR SONG
This is a bonus track on the CD and again a song I don't listen to much.

To me this is a CD I usually play when I'm in the house or bedroom alone and just want to chill, I know there are songs which I don't listen to on it but to be honest by the time the CD gets to the end I'm either fast asleep or being called upon for motherly duties. But I'm sure one day I will listen to the whole CD properly and enjoy these songs that I usually miss.

Now price well I couldn't really tell you how much it is today but I bought mine's in Tesco for £9.97 as I refuse to to to HMV or Virgin unless I have to there is no way I would pay £13.99 for a CD when I can buy it for under £10 in Tesco, sorry about that little rant people.
