Advantages: It's Fantastic and timeless Disadvantages: None!
...Sheer magic. My favourite song without a doubt. The lyrics and singing take my breath away - this is the story of a man who keeps his feelings locked away inside and loses his love as a result.
**Track 8**
THAT'S OKAY
A slight change in direction, this is an uptembo salsa number. This is probably the weakest tune on the CD, but by no means bad!
**Track 9**
DON'T LET ME LEAVE
Mark Anthony sings this song with raw emotion. He tells of how he has been dumped by his love and begs her to stay.
**Track 10**
REMEMBER ME
This is a ballad with lilting beats.
**Track 11**
SHE'S BEEN GOOD TO ME
This is a really funky song with a strong rythym. It's the story of a man faced with temptation!
**Track 12**
LOVE IS ALL
A haunting song where the title says it all.
**Track 13**

Advantages: Excellent voice Disadvantages: Some songs too slow. Married to J-Lo!!
...This album came out in 1999, I bought it in 2000, after hearing I need to know, whilst on holiday in Turkey, (a vain attempt to keep my holiday memories alive!).
Marc Anthony is a Puerto Rican New Yorker, a Nuyorican, as they have decided to call themselves. He has starred in a few films, one of which being 'Sneakers', if any of you remeber it, I think it was about computer hackers?
It is the way his voice brakes in the middle of a note that gives it such sincerity and attracted me to buy this album. You just know that whoever he is singing these songs to is definitely a lucky lady. Well, he's singing them to Jennifer Lopez now isn't he? Who would have guessed back then, not I, that's for sure!

Advantages: delicate, delightful melodies, pretty piano and strings Disadvantages: rather samey and one dimensional
...Brett Anderson's second solo album is an intriguing affair. The ex-Suede singer has crafted a low key album from simple strings and piano, topped by his marvellously emotive voice.
The nine songs are all relatively short so it's a good job that the album is a reasonable price.
If you already like Brett's work then prepare to be impressed by Wilderness. But if you are a newcomer you may find the songs rather samey as the limited instrumentation offers little in the way of variety and the slow pacing of the tunes does little to change this.
Both "Back To You" and "Clowns" will be familiar to fans from last year's singles, but both are new recordings. The new songs are uniformly good but there is little in the way of a highlight. The opening "Different Place" is probably the strongest tune here with only the "Funeral Mantra" breaking...
