Advantages: Well, its Queen, and their Greatest hits are on it.. Disadvantages: Their worst track is also on it, taking a valueable space.
Classics - 2006
----Intro----
As you can see, Queen has been quite busy, and there has been a lot of resampling old tracks, to compose albums without Freddie. HOWEVER, They really made me angry when they continued without Freddie, should have respect enough to let it rest, its not like selling 300 million copies and being in the charts for 10 years and 9 weeks in a row with this album did not earn you enough right? But yeah, this is a compilation of their greatesthits, as they put it, since all of the tracks have been in the top 10, but to me all their songs are worthy of being on this CD. The album is from 1981, so yes, all the tracks are between 27 and 35 years old. Behind every title of a track it says who wrote it.
----Tracks----

Really calm original intro to a CD, it's a multi ...
Korns greatesthits. What can i say! even if you are not a korn fan you will most probably recognise a lot of the songs as they are remakes. They do however, make a fantastic job of making the music sound unbelievable.
I am a great fan of rock n roll so Korn has everything a rock n roll fan could ask for!
The first time i saw Korn live was at Leeds festival this year and they sounded great.
I am off to see them again soon in Manchester.
Back to the point though. The greatesthits CD has all of the bands best songs. Please see full list below:
1. Word Up!
2. Another Brick IN The Wall
3. Y'all Want A Single
4. Right Now
5. Did My Time
6. Alone I Break
7. Here To Stay
8. Trash
9. Somebody Someone
10. Make Me Bad
11. Falling Away From Me
12. Got The Life
13. Freak On A Leash ...
Advantages: The 6 number 1 records Disadvantages: The rest of the tracks are rubbish
. Finally after 7 tracks we get something from the 70's! From 1974 it was #3 in the UK but only #4 in the US R&B Charts despite being classed as a soul song, so yes it was a hit but no it wasn't disco.
8. Going Back To My Roots - Odyssey. From 1981 and it was more popular in the UK than anywhere else as it was #4, its best in America was #55 on the US Dance Charts. What you might not know (and I certainly didn't until today) was theirs was a cover version of Lamont Doziers 1977 funk original. Oh and his version is better than theirs.
9. So Many Men So Little Time - Miquel Brown. From 1983 and produced by Ian Levine, the same guy who wrote and produced High Energy. This track was actually the 1st creation in the HI-NRG club music genre made in an attempt to prove disco wasn't dead. According to Ian Levines Youtube entry it was #1 pop in ...

Album Reviews
Record Collector (magazine) (p.88) - 3 stars out of 5 -- "It might seem remarkable now to think that Max Bygraves' 'You Need Hands' and 'Tulips From Amsterdam' could rub shoulders with Chuck Berry's 'Johnny B Goode,' but that's how it was..."
