Advantages: Best Basement Jaxx album, great sound, experimental Disadvantages: Such a great album, follow up albums were doomed to be poor in comparison
.... The appeal will appeal to those consumers who like a laid back sound with jazz, with ounce of techno sound. I would not recommend you purchase the other basment jaxx album unless you desire a more commerical, pop sound. This album is available for just £7 off amazon, and if you are considering this CD at all, definatly buy it, it is a bargain. The track listing is as follows;
1. Rendez vu
2. Yo yo
3. Jump 'n' shout
4. U can't stop me
5. Jaxxalude
6. Red alert
7. Jazzalude
8. Always be there
9. Sneakalude
10. Same old show
11. Bingo bango
12. Gemilude
13. Stop 4 love
14. Don't give up
15. Being...

Advantages: Brilliant selection of fantastic Basement Jaxx-ness! Disadvantages: Limited Edition disc not that good!
..., it incorporates all the best songs with those that you should hear but haven't.
Its a colourful album that is a cardboard case which is a bit of a downfall as it gets battered and dog-eared unfortunately but the discs slot into the little cardboard slip.

Luckily there isn't much extra to pay to get the Limited Edition set but the problem is that it isn't that fantastic I felt a bit let down.
However, I love the album, it has some classic tracks that never let me down - Where's Your Head At and loads more that I've mentioned. I really do think this album is fantastic. If you haven't heard any Basement Jaxx then this is the album to start you off as it has all the well-known tracks as well as those that I'm sure...

Advantages: All the best of the kings of remix Disadvantages: Likely to be overplayed, 'Get me off' is missing

To give you a bit of background knowledge (the limited amount i have!), Basement jaxx are made up of the duo Simon Ratcliffe and Felix Buxton from Brixton who announced themselves onto the music scene 10 years. They have since released many tracks which you will more familiarly link with adverts and clubs.
This album seems the perfect album for us the listeners as I have found that not all the tracks on a Basement Jaxx album are that great, and this combines the best of the best. So lets go through the album which begins with the stunning track 'red alert'
1.Red Alert - 3:37
The album begins 'yo yo yo, yo yo, yo yo', and goes...
