WHY THIS CD IN PARTICULAR?

That is a very good question!
My answer to that is, in my never-ending quest to add more to my music collection, I was looking for something a bit different.
Any of you who have read my reviews before, will already know my great love for my music.
Most musical taste is catered for amongst my collection, and I would probably have a CD, that will suit anyone. ...when I happened upon this one.
So I scrolled down to see what songs where on it and to my surprise most of the tracks on there brought back some pleasant childhood memories.
The CD was priced at £3:99, a bargain I thought so I went ahead and ordered it.
I couldn't wait for it to be delivered, with great expectations of musical delight!

Any of you who have read my reviews before, will already know my great love for my music. Most musical taste is catered for amongst my collection, and I would probably have a CD, that will suit anyone. Anyway! I was getting some more CD'S from Amazon, when I happened upon this one. So I scrolled down to see what songs where on it and to my surprise most of the tracks on there brought back some pleasant childhood memories. THE COVER OF THIS CD! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now! If anyone seen this CD in the shops it would certainly not fill you with desire to purchase it. The cover is actually a bland brown cover, with a darker brown round circle, with the words " 1970-number 1's" in the centre. The circle in the centre I presume is supposed to be a representation of the old 7inch vinyl records. It also tells you and the CD cover in nice White letters, that amongst the artist there is, BLONDIE, SUZI QUATRO, WIZARD, T-REX, HOT CHOCOLATE, and MUD! Not a bad line up eh? The actual CD is white in colour, and has printed on it, number1's, 1970 in a light brown as well. I expected to see pictures of each artist inside the cover when opening it, but was disappointed to see that it only contained, the track listings. However you can reverse it and use the other side as poster if you so desire!
WHO RELEASED THIS CD AND WHEN? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The CD was released in 2003 by EMI (gold) The CD is also copyright, and is not allowed to be copied by anyone!
HOW MANY TRACKS GOOD OR BAD? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This CD has twenty tracks in all on it, and I suppose for the price you pay for it, its actually not at all bad. I found personally out of the twenty tracks, that I only disliked one of them. That is my personal choice and you may find you like all or none of them.

WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS CD THEN? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yes I probably would recommend this CD. It's cheap, it's cheerful, and at a mere £3:99, it won't break the bank! It is a musical extravaganza of oldies, but very much goodies. It can also be bought from a few other places I will mention in a second. I'm sure you will enjoy it, and it has brought back some fantastic childhood memories. I amazed myself as to how many of the songs I actually remembered.
THANK YOU, ONCE AGAIN FOR READING MY REVIEW, AND I HOPE YOU FOUND IT USEFUL. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Advantages: A lot of great tracks in one place Disadvantages: Some tracks you may not like
Whilst in Blackpool earlier this year I was in one of these music shops you know the ones which sell all the older music as opposed to HMV etc who sell up to date stuff.
I came across this one No 1 hits of 70s it is a very retro style cover as it is brown circles with the figure one in white and other writing in black. The 70s were a great decade for funky disco music, glam rock etc. I know there are a lot of this sort of CDs on the market and to ... ...for £3.99 it was a bargain buy for me. Track Listing

3. Suzi Quatro - Devil Gate Drive 4. Wizzard - See My Baby Jive 5. Mud - Tiger Feet
