Advantages: Dancing to it will keep you fit Disadvantages: The neighbours may well be tapping on the door
...This CD is the Puppies nuts, If you like a bit of old skool Two Tone or Ska then disc has got to be had in the car or even indoors for when the hoover and dusters are out . With bands like The Specials, Madness and The Selector contributing tracks aswell as lesser known bands such as The Bodysnatchers and The Higsons this disc makes for some quality listening time or even a great present for family or friends.
There are Ska or Two tone discs out with more tracks but this one has been compressed perfectly, the tracks on it are probably the pick of the bunch and will definetly get you to tap your foot and nod your head. Remember though these actions are unadvisable whilst driving.
Must have CD....

Advantages: POP ? DANCE? FUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disadvantages: Not everyone will love this
...i remember being at work when someone recommended them to me and gave me a lend of her copy.
well when i first put the cd on i thought awwwwwwwww great, yet anouther album that im not gonna like (apart from about 3 tracks) , but within the first song it had me jumping around like a maniac. by the time it hit FILTHY/GEORGOUS i was gone with the music, dancing around with my duster in hand. even better that the cd has bonus tracks. how refreshing it is to hear someones voice that is so unique played up against music like that, i swear that sometimes the lead singer sounds like elton john. i hope they carry on the sucess in there future works...

Advantages: The Classic Genesis Line-up In All Their 70s Glory Disadvantages: For Hardcore Fans Only
...for the live version of "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" (recorded at the Shrine Auditorium in New York, 1975), it doesn't really detract from the feel. One tends to forget how good all five musicians were in this group. It's nice to hear Phil Collins' drum sound how it was meant to - live, loud and moody! The sound production means this live release which takes up half of the Archive is arguably better than the studio original - it is also punctuated with introductions and stories by Gabriel himself.
Disc 3 is also of particular interest although for the life of me I cannot understand why other tracks recorded at the Rainbow gig are not included here. Many fans could not believe that "Battle of Epping Forest", for example had been ommited.
Overall, it is a good summary of the bands early years up until Gabriel left in 1975. There is a sense...
