Tupac Amaru Shakur was born in June 16 1971 in New York, his mother was in jail while she was pregnant with him. His real name was Lesane Parish Crooks, he was a rapper as well as a poet and he liked to act too.
Tupac Shakur was shot dead in Las Vegas on the 7 September 1996 he died on the Friday 13th at 4.03pm. Some people thought and still think that Tupac faked his own death but I dont I think that he did die that day.
Tupac Amaru means Shining Serpant and Shakur means Thankful To God. When Tupac's friend was killed while playing with a gun inspired him to start rapping and his first rap was about gun control.

His latest album is called Until The End Of Time and the single was released a while ago and it is still in the charts at number 24. I think that tupac was one of the best rappers and his music is great I recommend that you buy the new album.
