Advantages: Old songs punked up to date Disadvantages: Less than 30 mins of music!
...thing. In my opinion Seasons In The Sun is the highlight of the album & Mandy is the one I'd most likely skip.
If you've heard any of the other CDs my Me 1st... then I think you'd like this. In my opinion there's no better band that breathes a breath of fresh air into old hits than the Gimme's.
Comparing this to the other Me 1st albums I think it's almost as good as 'Blow In The Wind' (the 3rd album) of which I like some of the songs more. There is no comparison to their 2nd album 'Are A Drag' which I thought was really weak and only had 1 good track: My Favourite Things
I know this is a short review but there's not really allot else to say, these are all good old songs sung in a perfect punk, quick style...

Advantages: A few classic oasis tracks, also tracks are still fresh as not overplayed Disadvantages: Not as good as first 2 albums
...rock and roll track.
The girl in the dirty sheet - great melody, typical oasis, a ong about Meg Matthews.
Dont go away- superb song, will always be remembered, as good as wonderwall if not better in my eyes!
Be here now- a track that could fit in on the 1st album perfectly, raw energy from Oasis.

Ooh Be Do and Light Rain are gloomy hip-hop pieces that don't really stand out as being as impressive as the first 5 tracks.
Tak 1 is a 1-minute ride, the 1st part of 5 "Tak" pieces, a bit like the overture of a suite. It's a little click-n-snap cycle; nothing spectacular.
New Family enters the dull realm of R&B and dance music in it's first half, but then gradually shifts into mutated trance / I.D.M, focusing on synthesizer pads. The only problem is that it does feature some terrible dance music comebacks.
Zala is a funny one; upbeat loops of drum-n-bass with silly buzzing and laughable drones. It is rather bland, but still remains catchy. Nothing inventive, though.
Luckily, Twin Home is next; a cyclical...
