20 Classic Cuts - Little Richard

Advantages: A few really good tracks, some De La Soul tunes you have never heard before
Disadvantages: The album has no flow, a few weak remixes

...of instrumentals let alone four minute instrumentals. It is a very smooth take with a flute solo. It has a soulful grace as the music and back beat dance together. It is still an instrumental and it just seems to carry on a little too long. Cut this track in half it might be a little easier on me. Personally, I hit the skip button on this one. I.C. Y'All (featuring Busta Rhymes) 3:20~ This one is off the 2000 release of Art Official Intelligence: Mosaic Thump (not so fun fact #3). This is more electronic heavy than most De La Soul tracks. I.C. Y'All has Busta Rhymes and the De La crew exchanging verses at fever pace. This track is much heavier than most De La tunes too with a thick bass line and tons of sample overlays. I.C. Advantages: Everything you could ever want from a classical CD
Disadvantages: none

...I have purchased and listened to many types of music and as a classical pianist always like to explore new CD's. This album has so many classics on it and is delightful to listen to. Did you know that opening music in 2001 - A Space Odyssey was from Also Sprach Zarathustra by Strauss or that the background music in the British Airways TV commercial was the Flower Duet from the opera Lakme? This compilation album is perfect whether you are a lover of classical music or just interested to find out what it is all about. The track listing shows what can be expected on this wonderful CD. 1. Advantages: These are two of their greatest studio albums

...The Supremes A Go Go (1966) raced to the top of the album charts elbowing off The Beatles, Revolver from the top spot. Though highly commercial and formulaic, The Supremes A Go Go proves compelling and indeed a classic album. Love Child became Diana Ross and the Supremes eleventh chart-topper in late 1968. This song was actually something of a comeback for Ross and the Supremes as their previous singles Somethings You Never Get Used To and Forever Came Today didn't even manage to break into the Top 20 charts. It's true that a lot of Motown acts suffered from the loss of the genius songwriting and production team Holland-Dozier-Holland.
