Advantages: A good mix of songs Disadvantages: Doesnt help you get through the housework
...A cd thats a couple of years old now but still fun to listen to.
I mean this cd says its meant to help you through the housework but I personally dont think it really does,if anything it distracts you, because you just start singing along to all the great tracks this album has to offer, you get caught up in the music and completely lose track of what you were doing - maybe a good thing in a way :-)
Housework vol1 is a double album that has some cracking songs that you just dont seem to hear on the radio anymore such as The Beach Boys - Help Me Rhonda and Don McLeans - American Pie.
The songs on this album just make you feel good and really help to lift your spirits, but I honestly think its marketed wrong, this is a feel good album for anyone just not people doing the housework.I dont think the title of the album really represents...

Advantages: It rocks Disadvantages: A few iffy tracks
..., the album is made up of two CD's, featuring 42 great hits by a myriad of various different artists, spanning five decades of rock music.
The first CD comprises 20 songs (more than the average single CD compilation contains), each with individuality and plectrum melting flair:
Queen - Tie your mother down
A classic Quen rock hit, featuring the compiler himself, Brian May. One of Queens greatest riffs of all time.
Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water
This had to be there. Everyone knows the riff, and the solo has some brilliant moments that are signature of Ritchie Blackmore and Deep Purple .
Blur - Song 2
Modern rock with a subtle verse and headbanging chorus. A great and memorable tune but lacks a screaming solo.
Aerosmith Ft. Run DMC - Walk This Way
Rap on an air guitar album??? You must be kidding! But this collaboration...

Advantages: Absolutely delightful with plenty of different musical styles to keep things varied Disadvantages: "Asuka Strikes!" is really horrendous
...Circumstances," "Nadia" and "Macross II" being among his accomplishments, of which "Evangelion" is perhaps his best known work. By the appearance of the guy he seems to be somewhat of a cross between a struggling bohemian artist and a leftover from the '60s hippie era, only being Japanese. His score for Neon Genesis Evangelion is definitely one of the most diverse I have ever heard in either the movies or on TV. With a deft mix of traditional orchestral writing combined with many modern licks like electric guitars and rock percussion, loungy jazz music, intimate acoustic guitar and romantic piano, the diversity on display is impressive while it could easily make the score disjointed and fall apart. In a TV score that has to provide music for 26 episodes this kind of disjointedness is easier to get away with as it would be in a movie, but when...
