...This CD is made up of 2 CD's, featuring 42 hits by loads of different artists, spanning over 50 years of classic rock music. The first CD comprises of 20 songs and the second CD 21 songs. The first CD contains classics such as queen and deep purple and the second Cd contains other great classics such as t-rex and zz top. One of my fav songs is on the second CD by Motorhead "ace of spades" what a great track. The air guitar CDs are extremly good value for money and i would reccomend anyone to buy them, in this case it definatly does do what it says on the tin ie it does make you air guitar along with it and does make excellent driving songs. ...I must confess to not being a fan of the music my son enjoys, but this album is truly magnificent. The sampling of early 20th century blues combined with 21st century dance rhythms shows that this guy is a real genius. "Natural Blues" is easily my favourite song at the moment, but I can't think of any track on the album where I need to find the skip button, not something I can say for many albums I purchase! Moby told Jools Holland that the tracks were recorded in a bedroom in his New York apartment - I just wish more artists would spend time at home if this is the standard of work that they would produce.... Advantages: All UK singles present; totally uplifting; catchy choruses; timeless appeal
Disadvantages: Several weak tracks on Disc 2.

...the title and the lyrics perhaps reveal the cheeky side to T.Rex. The US title for the song was Bang a gong so who knows? Personally I think the song definitely has sexual connotations but nevertheless it is innocent in comparison to much of today's music. A very nifty guitar riff which is ripped off by so many other artists. Like 20th century boy, this song stands the test of time. Metal Guru - 9/10 - Perhaps not as instantly catchy as the likes of 'Hot Love' but nevertheless a defining T. Rex track. I often go through stages with this song where I'll happily sing along to it and other days where I'll get a bit bored with it. Ride A White Swan - 10/10 - This is an amazingly popular song and an example of a song that should have been a #1. A very catchy, summery tune that will uplift any rainy day.
