Advantages: Classic Aerosmith Rock Disadvantages: A sometimes over looked album.
...is fantastic. The bass and drum playing really gives this song a much more sinister feel to it.
I think this song is great, however, it would be been much better had it been longer as I feel that it is too short.
TrainKept A Rollin'
Written By: Bradshaw/ Mann/ Kay
TrainKept A Rollin' a great cover song, and an Aerosmith favourite, it is often played at their concerts, mainly as the closer or played during an encore. The track starts slow, then later the drums, guitars and bass create the feeling of a charging train. This is where things speed up! I personally love this track, especially the second half where the song speeds up and gets much heavier.
Seasons Of Wither: Duration: 5:38

The ballard, Seasons of wither is even liked by some Aerosmith fans that don't like ballards. Seasons of Wither is a haunting, cold...

Advantages: Back In the Saddle, Dream On, Train Kept A Rollin Disadvantages: None
...This is yet another essential album for any Aerosmith fan. Comprimising the highlights from the 78/79 tours this shows the strains of the rock and roll lifestyle that they were living at the time. Each track wrenches out all the energy from them no more so than on BACK IN THE SADDLE - furiously fast paced rock and LORD OF THE THIGHS - one of the most brilliantly titled songs ever. DREAM ON is painfully beautiful perhaps showing an insight on how you can just survive on the music no matter how bad you're living. The old sounds of CHIP AWAY AT THE STONE reminiscent of Fleetwood Mac/Led Zeppelin fits in perfectly with the classic covers on this album from the Beatles' COME TOGETHER to the Yardbirds I AIN'T GOT YOU and TRAINKEPT A ROLLIN.The live aspect gives this album atmostphere perhaps not their greatest performances but certainly rock...

Tracks include:

The compilation starts with the sister song to "Toys in the attic" from the album of the same name. This track being "Rats in the cellar". This is a fast rocker with lots of bass and quick guitar playing, accompanied by Tyler's fast singing.
A great start to the album.
Lick and a promise, a song about going out there on stage and winning an audience...
