I'm Diamond Joe, and I write reviews. I am currently completing an A-level in English Language and Literature, and I thought that some of this could look good on my CV for getting into university. It is also fun.

Eric Clapton is one of the most influential and progressive blues guitarists of all time. His career has been huge, and has managed to produce some groundbreaking solo albums, as well as very impressive earlier works, playing in bands Cream and the Yardbirds. This album showcases all of this in a terrific live show. Claptons playing live is flawless. He manages to differ his playing from his studio work in way to suit being played live, and shows how his guitar playing has evolved since when some of the earlier numbers were written. Here he plays super-smooth cool hits like 'cocaine', and also some of his Cream songs, like 'badge' and 'white room'. This lyrics are uninspiring though, I'm afraid, but Clapton certainly makes up for it in his guitar playing. Even if you have all his studio albums, you should buy this to remind you to go see him live.
