Advantages: Very good hard-rocking blues.
Disadvantages: The humour on some tracks may not be to your taste.

the next verse comes in and they're still complaining about someone rummaging around in a sock drawer! This is a very humorous, completely outdated and shamelessly non-PC album, with superb musicianship throughout. It is probably not everybody's cup of tea - but the fact that I saw Climax play in Portsmouth in 1992 (to a packed venue), that this album was rereleased in 2002, with the bonus track "Spoonful", and that the band also recently released a 25 years of Climax Best Of Compilation - speaks volumes for their staying power and complete disregard for musical fashions. Recommended. Did I tell you i got this in Tower Records, London for the princely sum of just £5 on vinyl, only a few years ago? Absolutely excellent value. ...

Band Camp For Virgins

Advantages: Carell plays his role as virgin perfectly
Disadvantages: Band Camp is an awful stand alone film

What do you get when you cross American Pie 4 with the 40 Year Old Virgin? A very uneven boxset. These films are both classed as sex comedys, however whilst the 40 YOV achieved something American Pie: Band Camp is just a money spinner. Lets start at the good end... Like a virgin, touched for the very first time. Only Madonna was singing about the emotions, and Steve Carell plays the living, breathing, 40 Year Old Virgin in this movie of the same title. Carrell, who you maybe familiar with for his appearance in Anchorman, plays Andy Stizer. Whilst Andy has tried to have sex in the past it has never gone his way, ruining situations by kicking girls with foot fetishes in the face, only to just give up.
