I am not sure it really makes you thinner but it is good to exercise a bit and probably would work if you tried hard. The exercises are quite good and some are good fun. I would also like to add it is really good to start but while it is still good after a while it does get a bit more boring.
Overall Wii Fit is a good game for the Wii and if you just look at the number of people who have reviewed it you see how popular it is. It is different from most video games and while I am not sure it really works to get fit it is something that gets you doing some exercise so is still pretty good!
The Wii Fit is quite expensive as it also comes with the Wii Balance board and is currently available at Amazon for £98.
