...successful adaptation was "Romeo and Juliet". Before the 1968 film actors in the film had always been older, but Zefferell cast Leonard Whiting, just 17, as Romeo and Olivia Hussey, a mere14 as Juliet. This makes them more or less the actual ages of Shakespeare's characters. I thought that both Whiting and Hussey were superb actors (even at their young ages) and they play well off each other. These roles were debut ones for both young actors. Having two young, attractive actors playing the lead parts did attract a lot of younger audiences. I was a teenager at this time and can remember the excitement that this film created. In fact 'Romeo and Juliet' became one of the great big-screen romances of the late 1960s, also the hit song "A Time For Us" (based on Nino Rota's love theme from the film) became a big hit. Advantages: Easy to care for

How did we know that Max was a Max and not a Maxine, well the main way to sex a hamster is to look at the shape of their rear end, and see how far away their bottom is from their tail - a male hamsters bottom is further away than a females, also the male has a bigger and more blunt or rounded shape to his rear than the female. In order words male hamsters have big bums. We where already aware that Max was a Syrian or Golden Hamster and where keen to know more and consequently also purchased a book on caring for your hamster which also contained lot useful info. Advantages: Dramatic irony, some exciting action.
