3:16 Songs Of Hope - Various Artists

...themselves but sing rather poorly. However I have heard some carols for unaccompanied voice, accapella I believe they call it. They have been performed by Coope, Boyce & Simpson et al. So I bought the CD. It is called Voices at the door. The CD has 17 tracks. All are unaccompanied except the last one and I will say more about this later. The tracks are:- 1. ...later you hear the first words. I just love the first minute of this song, don’t get me wrong, the rest is good but the start is amazing. 9/10 3. Blur - Song 2 - 2:01 Possibly, the most heard song ever. This appears everywhere, in adverts, when a team scores, when someone is really happy, anytime. It starts with a drum beat then guitar the very famous, WOO HOO, WOO HOO! All in all, it deserves its place in the album. 8/10 4. Aerosmith and Run DMC - Walk This Way - 3:37 This is a very famous song that appeals to Aerosmith fans and Run DMC fans (who apparently have different tastes in music.) The video (not included) sees the two artists battle it out playing the song live. It is a great song and a personal favourite of mine. The guitar music is not as prominent as in other tracks but who cares; it is a great track. 10/10 5... Read review
