Frequently topping the 'bestChristmassong ever' polls, this is probably my all time favourite Christmassong too. Kirsty's fantastic and melodic vocals compliment Shane McGowan's harsh vocals perfectly as they sing the bittersweet lyrics to one another. I think it is a shame that music channels and radio stations 'bleep' out some of the words as there are far worse played on TV and radio in my opinion, and removing them makes it lose some of its effect.

I am a sucker for chocolate. I have to have a bit of chocolate at least once a week, even though I am on a diet, and if I don't I crave it madly. I also love to try out new chocolates when they come out in the shops, so when I saw a big stand of Galaxy Mistletoe Kisses in my local Woolworths, I eagerly grabbed a packet, handed over my cash and took them home to devour. Since then I have bought one...no make that several more packets of these so I thought I may as well write a review!
Galaxy Mistletoe Kisses are the latest Christmas themed chocolate to be released this year by the Mars company. I first saw them in the shops in October 2007 and now they are pretty much available in any good shops which sell chocolate. When reviewing an album with ?greatest hits? in the title, by an artist who has used a variety of music styles in his long career, there is bound to be controversy about which tracks should be there. I don?t want to haggle about Stevie Wonder?s best tracks, so far, as I probably wouldn?t end up pleasing many of his fans, if any. (Some critics seem to think that if a song is commercially good, it probably isn?t musically good.) Instead, I want to tell you about the tracks on this album and let you decide whether it is worth buying.
One thing I am sure about is that there is no rubbish on this album. The tracks, to me, are either good or brilliant, therefore, I give the album 5 stars.

If you can get into Enya, then this is in my opinion the best of her 5 albums and is a very passionate and romantic album, which is great with a glass of wine, candles, nice food, an open fire, followed by...........
