...SITAR SOUL is like foreever kind of a music which really opens the hidden truth of life by bringing mental peace to your mind. I think Ravi shankar is capable and even famous for Composing Music which is not composed by rules.No doubt his music is inexpressible Im a DIE HARD fan of Pandit Ravi Shankar ,after silence the next thing which comes to my mind is his SITAR.I feel this is one of his best creations.Raga Mishra Kafi and Raga Mian Ki Malhar are my favourites among all tracks. SITAR played by him in this album really kills the silence.Im pretty sure that SOUL OF SITAR will definately going to touch everybody's soul ,after all its straight from Pandit ji's heart & soul. ...The second album to be released by gareth gates. This album is a 2 part album. Part one is called Night.Containing 10 songs,not as good as his debut album but slightly more grown up than when he first started.Again several cover versions of different songs . Part two is called Day.Containing 9 tracks,again not as good as his debut album,but a fairly good all rounder. He does a terrific version of Spirit In The Sky along with the Kumars,very funny if you have seen the video.This is my favourite song on the album You can purchase this album in most music stores.Average price is around £9.99. This album definately shows in the songs and in gareths voice that he has grown up since his pop idol days.... Read review

...Recorded live at the impressive Althorp Park in Northamptonshire U.K., it's easy to tell why this album was nominated for a Grammy. What a better way to celebrate her 60th birthday then with a live concert! Bassey is vocally superior to counterparts half her age, as she flawlessly belts out all her best on this CD. Having studied voice and music theory myself, I can appreciate the quality of Ms. Bassey's voice that progessively gets better with age. There's no shaky grandma voice here when she hit's those unbelievable high notes in "Hey Jude", "This Is My Life", and "I Wanna Know What Love Is"! Not only is every song a vocal masterpiece, but her audience interaction is fun and playful.
