“A shady Aftermath showcase”

ProGreat tracks, Great artists, nice collection of hi...

ConsYou might not like this if your not into rap.

First of all I'd like to explain the title of my op. Shady/Aftermath is two labels run by Eminem (shady) and Dr. Dre (Aftermath). This soundtrack really isn't the soundtrack to the film, okay you have ''lose yourself'' but that’s pretty much it. The rest of the album is new tracks from...

I only brought the album for 1 song but when i listened to them all i liked all of them. I find this album pretty dissapointing to the others as the others have many different types of rap but this is all one sort so it is pretty boring after a while. This album should only be listened to every now and again not all the time.

ProEminem, 50cent, D-12

ConsParental Advisory

This may be the soundtrack for Eminem's movie debut, but don't think of 8 Mile of as an Eminem album, because it's not. It's a soundtrack and plays like a soundtrack, with many cuts from current stars and new artists (several associated with Eminem's fledgling Shady imprint), plus a couple of...

Music From And Inspired By 8 Mile Genre: Rap/hip Hop One of the best soundtrack albums I own, released in 2002 but it still sounds fresh today! Tracks: 1. Lose Yourself - Eminem 2. Love Me - Obie Trice, 50 Cent 3. 8 Mile - Eminem 4. Adrenaline Rush - Obie Trice 5. Places To Go - 50 Cent 6. Rap...

“8 mile road-Eminem”

published 07/02/2009

Prooriginity, price, lyrics, beat

Consnothing

I always listen to 8 mile road and it is my favorite music. I think that Eminem is one of the greatest rappers that I have heard and the biggest reaon for this is beacause all of his lyrics are about his tough life living up. When he was a young baby his father had left him which made his mother...

This soundtrack has songs on, inspired and created for the film 8 mile. It has some good things on and a few bad things. O.K here I may be saying racist and derogetory terms but it's either the Lyrics or title. That's my Ni**a for real is a good song. Young zee Challenge. Gangstarr Lose yourself...

“8 Mile Soundtrack”

published 12/02/2004

ProTracks written for the movie

ConsCan sound a little repetetive

I loved this film so bought the soundtrack as soon as I could. There are some good tracks on it, best is probably Lose Youself. It's quite varied, with the odd track by Macy Gray and Boomkat (the vocalist played his ex-girlfriend in the film), but could sound a bit monotonous for those who...

“8 Mile soundtrack - Wow!”

published 04/04/2006

ProLots of GREAT songs!

ConsSome not too great songs.

I actually got the soundtrack for 8 Mile after seeing the movie in theaters, and before getting the DVD (for Christmas, actually). Anyway, as other reviewers have pointed out, not all songs on this soundtrack are by Eminem. However, I am personally fond of a large percentage of songs on this CD...

ProLots of collaborations

ConsONLY 4 HIP HOP LOVERS

Lots of collaborations with other artist within RAP! Basically it includes the songs in the film (none of the free styles) and some others that relate to the movie. If you're into Eminem it doesn't mean you'll be into this as i sed there a many collaborations so you might not be into E V E R Y T...
