Advantages: professional playing, excellent quality, 4 CDs Disadvantages: doesn't contain list C pieces
inclued all of the list A and B pieces. Unfortunately the list C pieces aren't included. These pieces are often regarded as being the most difficult, so its a pity that they aren't included.
Disk 1 is a recording of flute and piano playing the list A pieces.
Disk 2 is a recording of flute and piano playing the list B pieces.
Disk 3 is a recording of piano accompaniment for the list A pieces.
Disk 4 is a recording of piano accompaniment for the list B pieces.
On these particular CDs the flute is played by Gareth Davied and the Piano by John Alley. Both are fantastic musicians, who perfectly interpret the music and help to bring it to life, demonstrating how the performer has the potential to do the same.
I would fully recommend this set of CDs, not just to flautists determined to perfect their grade 8 pieces, but also to music ...
Advantages: Excellent for future, Great information, Good step up Disadvantages: Compulsory for 14-16 year olds
Over the last couple of years on Ciao, I have been studying my Standard Grades. So when randomly searching for catergories I was so glad Ciao added this. So when I disappeared for a while, this is what I would be doing. For all you English, Welsh, Irish and unknowing Scot's of the Scottish education system, this is for you.

They are usually 2 year course but I have seen them being condensed into one year course, then allowing an extra year for Higher (AS Level.) Now my best friend is from Yorkshire, so she was able to inform me about GSCE's and AS Levels which is handy. So it is the first certificated level of entry ...
Advantages: Excellent physcological study of character. Disadvantages: Grim, brutal, shocking scenes of a sexual nature.
The Piano Teacher
The Piano Teacher is a subtitled film of the Phycological Drama genre. Released in 2001 it is also known by it's French name La pianiste. Directed by Michael Haneke, it is based on the novel by Die Klavierspielerin which won a Nobel Prize for Literature in 2004.
Graphic in it's content this film delves into the darker side of sex, including fetishism, bondage, and sado/masochism. It also touches
on the delicate subject of genitalia self harm. This is not a light film, and is not recommended for family viewing. ~
I will be reviewing FILM ONLY
