I am usually happy with all things Ciao, but this review is on one area that sadly I am not happy about. And this is surveys, or rather in my case the not-surveys.
As we all know (or if you are new to this then this is what SHOULD happen), we all get an invite to complete a survey on Ciao through an e-mail invite with a link to the survey. The survey can be on anything, provided of course that it is just Ciao related or they don't like it.
By clicking on the survey link, you should then be taken through to the actual survey itself. This bit is fine for me, but soon after it all goes a little bit pear shaped.
