Advantages: Unknown, undiscovered, untainted by so-called 'success' Disadvantages: Only one weak track - "Gandhi"
...Hearing veteran Radio 2 Bob Harris raving about how Anne McCue's CD "Roll" was his favourite album of 2004 made me take note of the tracks he featured during several of his shows that year. I hadn't come across her name before, which often is a good thing as far as I am concerned - all I knew about her before plumping for this release was that she is Australian and that this was her second album. Oh, and that if Bob was raving about it, then it must be worth listening to.... Acquired it straight away and never regretted it once. If I'm away from home for more than a day or two, the CD comes along in the car with me as part of an 'essential listening' collection I seem to have amassed and can't bear to be without for more than a couple of days.
After having listened to the CD for the first time, I was struck by just how good a guitarist...

Advantages: Every bit as good as her previous release, "Rock 'n' Roll Pony" Disadvantages: Waiting for the next album to come out - when's it going to be, Gina?

...Destinys Child have been out for several years and this is without doubt their best album to date. It has some outstanding songs on the album like Nasty Girl and Bootylicious as well as their lastest hits Survivor and Independant Women.
The lyrics within their songs are also the best to date and this album shows how much their music has come on from the days if No, No NO and Bills, BillsBills.
The presentation of the Cd is also fairly good, however I feel the overall cd is excellent value and any fan of Destinys Child will without doubt also feel this is bar far there best collection of tracks and will want this within their cd collection and will definately be listening to the tracks for several months to come....
