...The soundtrack to the OC has always been one of the major selling points of the television series. This CD features 12 of the tracks found on the soundtrack of the television series. The CD includes the hugely popular theme song "California" by Phantom Planet as well as other songs from the series. My personal favourites include Alexi Murdoch's "Orange Sky" and the brilliant "We Used To Be Friends" by the Dandy Warhols. The mixture of styles of music makes for a unique CD, and the songs all fit perfectly into the album. This CD is essential for any fan of the television series and the songs will bring back memories of some of the show's most memorable moments. Highly recommended... Read review

...the first volume was great so i got the second one too.it has loads of tracks, with a mix of pop rock and poppy/country style.names include jessica simpson, A1 and a lot fo american artist who are very good, but not really known in England.This shouldnt put you off however, it is easy to listen to time and time again.it is not as good as the first, but it is still great, even if you are not an avid watcher of the tv show.The songs that are faster are really good too.... ...THIS SOUNDTRACK IS VERY TYPICAL OF THE TV SHOW DAWSONS CREEK. THE SONGS ON IT ARE VERY MEANINGFUL AND DO MAKE U THINK. IT WILL NOT REALLY CHEER U UP IF U ARE FEELING DOWN BUT IS WELL WORTH LISTENING TO ANYWAY. A FRIEND OF MINE IS A MAJOR DAWSONS CREEK FAN AND ABSOLOUTLY LOVES THE SOUNDTRACK SO I THINK THAT IF U LOVE THE SHOW THEN THE SOUNDTRACK HAS MUCH MORE MEANING. MOST OF THE ARTISTS ON IT ARE NOT VERY WELL KNOWN, TO ME ANYWAY, BUT IT IS STILL GREAT TO LISTEN TO.... Read review
