Advantages: Mix of Electropop and Ballards, Ana's voice

...'s English version ' I'll Never Forgot You' entered the charts in America). ---Descanso Dominical--- The album, (Restful Home) was recorded at Abbey Road Studios during the month of March in 1988. They teamed up with: the British composer Anne Dudley, who arranged the strings; and Manel Santiesteban, the famous Danish conductor, and this weird collaboration works really well. This album takes you through a journey of colour and adventure in the confort of your living room chair (this is the point of the album title). Advantages: Some good songs
Disadvantages: good songs heavily outnumberd by rubbish

...the new afi album is a far cry from their older stuff. if you're a fan of Sing The Sorrow then this will probably be your kind of thing. But if you've been a fan for years, then tick to their older stuff, theyve taken on a new more 'emo' personna. There are however a few good tracks, but you wouldent notice this from the utter rubbish they seem to be releasing as single. 'Kill Caustic' and 'Affliction' are pretty good tracks, quite heavy for afi, but im a fan of heavier music as well as punk. There are guest vocals from the singer from bleeding through on this album somewhere, but it is not specified where. the first of the two bonus tracks 'rabbits are roadkill' is not that good but the cover of Nine Inch Nails 'head like a hole' is pretty damn good.
