...those who are familiar with the coral may also know there label mates The Zutons. the first track zuton fever, is rightly so their own theme tune, as soon as you hear it u no who it is. it is quite good, with is catchy gitiar riffs and the echoing saxophone, really great stuff. The Zutons mite be the corals label mates, bbut they also share the same producers, and even come from the same hometown...Liverpool. However to say there are just a copy of the band is a complete miss judgment...believe it or not they have their own unique style. The track you wil you wont, is their newest single that has a real rocky stomping rhythem, really good style joint. The band consists of Dave McCabe, saxophonist Abi Harding's harmonies with lead guitaris boyan Chowdhury. An overall great evolution in music, bringing a new revolution or rock... Read review

Advantages: Unusual, highly talented flat picking guitarist

...,) and "A letter from Abi" all of which are so beautifully simple and easy to listen to. He seemed to be inspired in his music by the people he knew - most of his song titles refer to a letter from or a letter to, about someone or concerning Simou, Naomi, Doc,Merle or Abi fro example which seem to give these tracks a very personal touch and you are left wondering what that person said, did or meant ot Marcel. Unfortunately I cannot find my absolute favourite anywhere On Line as I would like to give a reference for it. I was given a digital copy by my French friend. It is the powerful "Duelling Banjos" from the film "The Deliverance." Marcel plays it on banjo with exquisite and faultless skill, timing and simplicity. .... But it is also typically Zutons and probably the closest track to anything from their first album. The final track I Know I'll Never Leave is a slower track, slightly depressive with interesting guitar usage. Overall this is a very listenable album and all the tracks are instantly likeable, and it has been a long time since I have been able to say that about a CD I have bought.
