Absolute Garbage (Greatest Hits) - Garbage

I have decided to review each song for you just so you get the feel of it.

1. Vow - Whilst preparing for a night out on the town, listen to this great punk punchy beat.

2. Queer- reminds me of Tom's Dinner by Suzanne Vega but an underground version.

3. Only happy when it rains - Classic, its moody and self indulgent the perfect thing for teenagers to play loud on sunny afternoons.

5. Milk - this reminds me of Biork slightly eerie, slow and surreal you can imagine cold white walls and an almost banshee like women ... nice though but, for me its purpose is background music

4. Stupid Girl - fantastic song to sing you will become an instant rock star ;)

7. Push It - this made me buy the album, you can dance to it, sing with it, use it background music, it is hip, cool, and whatever you say, it rocks!

8. I think I'm paranoid - the more its listened to the more you'll like it, it's certainly a grower.

9. Special - when Mr/Mrs Right turns to Mr/Mrs Wrong put it on and dance away your hurt.

10. When I grow up - encapsulates all the dreams of childhood and then 'rips them up in shreds'

11. You look so fine - for when you're imagining Mr/Mrs Right maybe that person you saw today but were to shy to say hello ... yeah-dreamy (sighs).

12. World is not enough - I remember this, great video and timeless song.

13. Cherry Lips (Go Baby Go Go) - fabulous song ready for your improvisational dance moves.

14. Shut your Mouth - If you meet up with the Boring person that befriended you just to spill out their tedious nonsense. Just put on your earphones and play this song low, revel that passively you are rebuking them. Now smirk its a great song and turn louder if they get to much for the lyrics 'SHUT YOUR MOUTH!'.

15. Why do you love me - When it came out I was singing to the rooftops now, to be honest its worn out it novelty but if it is your fist time you will be using that hairbrush for those crowd stirring lyrics.

16. Bleed like me - sort of arty and punchy, its sensual and insinuates self-harm, tells a story not the kind to snuggle down to bed but good enough to repeat.

17. Tell me where it hurts - its ok for me not my favourite song on the album but is a nice breaker from the dancing and makes you think.

18. It is all over but I'm Crying - good for a break up as it understands you, leaves you with a sense that of an awakening.

Everything considered this album is a truly wonderful collection of vibrant well-known songs that is an essential item for rock the rock / alternative collection! It is a crude yet subtle concoction of the seven sins able for your ears. Trust me they'll thank you for it as long as you don't play them too loud (I know rock listeners will most likely not listen to me but at least I warned you) Ok that's the end of it folks, thanks for reading :D!
