Absolutely is the album released in 1980 & has that early feel to it. Baggy Trousers is the big hit single from this one, an anthem I remember vividly from my own school days, when we would all go round singing it !! There are fourteen tracks on this album. I don't particularly like Close Escape, nor Not Home Today. Solid Gone is a real rock 'n' roll number, quite unlike what you'd expect from Madness. The first three songs are my favourite - Baggy Trousers, Embarrassment & E.R.N.I.E. The album is a lot of fun, great lyrics & foot tappingly catchy :-)
