This was my first Muse album and i'm impressed. I have to say it reminds me of Radiohead if they had decided to make a thrashing beast of a rock album, this is not to say that Muse are derivative in anyway it is meant as a huge compliment, it reminds me of that wonderful band at their very best. This is possibly the best album I have heard in years, passionate, heartfelt, Matt Bellamy's vocals are beautiful and painful at the same time, how the band can make such a roaring noise with only three members is beyond me, but buy this, it is inteligent, powerful, emotional rock music that you will be listening to for ages. Definitely recommended.
