...The regularfries EP Free the regularfries is an ecclectic slightly surreal record that is characterised by a strange inlay and record cover that pictures one amplifier speaker from various angles in various states of disrepair. The album has a very intergalatic feel with tracks such as the prayer informing E T ‘that he will need indentification’ If he is to enter the solar system. Hypnosis is also a psychadellic mixture of dance beats and harrowing lyrics, this band is best viewed in a live context where it’s trademark is to toss large polysterine letters around the audience....

...Two years on from their Happy Monday's homage debut LP, the RegularFries return. This time around 'War on plastic plants' retains much of the highly enjoyable, instantly forgettable, funked-out disposable power-pop promised by the outstanding 'Smokin cigars with the Pharoahs' EP, yet also introduces a little more cohesivness, and even, a few 'proper' songs.

This little number features Timbaland, and if you didn't happen to be listening to the latest Justin Timberlake album you'd have serious problems accepting that this was in fact a song of his. Although the track would probably...
