Advantages: It's Fantastic and timeless
Disadvantages: None!
...land' . He has also been called the 'Reigning king of salsa' - high praise indeed.
So, that's the official line on Marc Anthony. I first became aware of him in 1999 when I lived in Madeira. MTV frequently played his single 'I need to know' and I absolutely loved it. A short while after, I holidayed in Mexico and found this CD on sale and had to buy it. I am not exaggerating when I say this is probably the best CD I have ever bought. So much so, I begged Ciao to let me review it! His music is timeless and in the four years I have had this CD, the music has not aged and neither has it become boring.
Marc Anthony has a haunting voice, full of emotion. A voice that literally brings tears to my eyes during many of his songs. He sings from the heart and he is not afraid to bare his soul. He sings mainly of love (admittedly most of his songs...

Review of El Agua De La Vida - Salsa Celtica by
scotlandizdabest
Advantages: Passionate music that will have you dancing all night! They've been in films to!
Disadvantages: Would have been better to have more tracks

Salsa Celtica is the fantstic latin/folk/jazz cross scottish band. This CD contains 9 songs lasting about 50 mintutes.

Salsa Celtica was formed in 1995 by scottish musicans interested in jazz and scottish music. Since then they have performed all over Scotland including T in the Park, Glastonbury, The Highland Festival and lots more. Kings in their lifetime
Review of King For A Day Fool For A Lifetime - Faith No More by
tonguelessghostofsin
Advantages: More mighty magnificence minus Martin
Disadvantages: Not quite as good as 'Angel Dust'
...of ugliness. Takes it's 'sinister, building, thrash' theme from 'The gentle art...', but the lyrics are just flawless, brilliant. Although Patton sounds as if he is actually singing different lyrics from those printed!
9. 'Digging the Grave'
First single, this is a very dark track, with some bizarre lyrical references. Out-and-out thrash, it is a satisfying headbanger, with a top-notch title.
10. 'Take this bottle'
A slow bluesy track about a drunk who acknowledges his weakness, and tells his partner (and child) to leave him, to punish him, and improve themselves. Marvellous stuff, showing what can be achieved when FNM are serious, it includes some aching background vocals, and very sad and deep lyrics.
11. 'King for a Day'
A masterpiece-and-a-half, telling the tale of a man desperate to be more social and exciting, who goes over the top...
