Advantages: A few scarface film samples Disadvantages: Nearly the whole thing
Many people have been influenced by the scarface film and the rap genre has especially referenced to it man songs. This is now an official compilation of songs with money, power and respect themes. as you would imagine, all are rap.
Put together in 2003, this def jam idea includes songs by Nas, Mobb Deep and Notorious BIG, some made especially for the album some old tracks that just fit. None appear in the film but there are samples and dialouge used from the picture.
Tracks
Its Mine - Mobb Deep & Nas. Scarface cues used as the sample in this one which was originally put t ogether in 99. A good relevant track to start the album
Yeo - Cam'ron. Samples Rush Rush which is used in the film, rush rush get the yayo may be more familiar. best bit about the song is actually the sample with cam'rons raps not adding much but loads ...
The sweet smell of africa is now yours, although i suspect lynx africa smells alot nicer than real africa (no one wants to spray themselves with something that smells like elephant poo.)
The design of the lynx deodarant really is slick, I love the twisty top which rotates up and down the top of the spray, and the press at the top looks like its taken off a sci fi spaceship death button. I love the printing on the spray, the three stripes which resemble a lions cut, with lynx in the middle. and the colours of red and green represent africa perfectly and of course with a black background its got all the same colours as the kenyan flag.
The fragrance is quite sweet for a deodarant, many other brands burn your nose off when you smell them and make you want to run to the window for fresh air, but lynx africa is pleasant to smell, you ...

Advantages: Popular, so clearly it's what people like it. Disadvantages: Bit old, bit tired, time for something new and fresh!
This is one of the older 'smells' of lynx, as long as I can remember Lynx it's been this and Pulse.
This always seems to be a fan favourite too, if I mention Lynx to people the response is always, "Well I use Africa". Most of my friends seem to use it, I have a few cans myself, seems to be a gift favourite too.
Personally I don't like this, I'd rather have something a little bit different, so people can smell you and think that's nice, that's not what I'm used to, not oh there's Africa again.
This may sound completely ridiculous to a number of readers, however I've had my Vice & Touch several times when that person is in close proximity.
Aside from this, for my personal preferences I find it a little too 'musky', lacks the freshness which I like in a deodorant. I think it would be more suited to a fragrance.
