I first heard Afro Celt Sound System by accident on an HMV store. I was fascinated by the fact that they managed to marry two completely different kinds of music, traditional Irish with modern dance music. Of course, I immediately bought their Album. This was the first one they have ever issued. The second album, which is in question is even better, regarding the fact that it is more experimental and also includes some interesting collaborations. Especially the song where Sinead O' Connor is singing is brilliant. I would recommend this album to anyone who is interested in listening to new sounds, experimenting with music, and also to people who are fascinated by the Irish culture. It is an absolute MUST to anyone who considers him/herself a fan of Irish music. I can't wait to listen to their new album and seeing them live some time in the future!!!!
