Advantages: Lasts ages. Disadvantages: Too expensive.
I am 23 and have suffered with hideous dark circles under my eyes for as long as I can remember! I have tried numerous lotions and potions to get rid of or conceal them and a friend recommended Touch Eclat a few years ago.
This product in legendary alongside the likes of Elizabeth Ardens 8 hour cream and has been around for many years. However, in my opinion this product doesn't deserve it's legendary status. You are paying for the pretty gold packaging and the brand name. I believe that the darker shade (II) is too dark and the lighter shade (I) is far too light! This product gives you the opposite effect of panda eyes! It gives you glaring white circles around your eyes! Because of its light reflecting properties when someone takes a photo of you all you see is these stupid white circles.... grrrr! You cpould say it does the job ...
Advantages: Beautiful scenery Disadvantages: The movie
entertaining. It portrayed the harsh life in New Foundland and the people who live there. I do not think that the people who actually live in this area are as emotionless as this movie indicates. Maybe that is what the actors are trying to portray, and thus considered exceptional performances. I personally don’t think so.
Not without violence, incest and death, this movie brings out the good and the bad in people, as well as the family dysfunctionalism.
The scenery was breathtaking. Having been in that part of the world, I thoroughly enjoyed viewing the magnificent coastlines and ocean.
This movie seems to be typical of the last three movies I viewed with KEVIN SPACEY, He is an excellent, although not one of my favorites. For diehard SPACEY fans, if you haven’t seen this movie already you will definitely enjoy it. To ...
Advantages: Gavin Lee Disadvantages: Uninspired music and lyrics
Pastiche, the imitation of a literary or musical style for (generally) comic purposes, can be a wonderful thing. The songs of Tom Lehrer and the musical The Boyfriend spring to mind as great examples. Unfortunately, not all pastiche is good pastiche, and 'A Saint She Ain't' certainly ain't good pastiche. Written in a style reminiscent of film musicals of the 1940s and accompanied by piano (possibly two pianos, judging from the sound of the overture), the show features thirteen different songs which echo the list songs, novelty numbers and lovestruck duets remembered fondly from so many Hollywood singalongs. But it's not much fun, when it comes down to it.
Music is by Denis King, lyrics by Dick Vosburgh and the cast of eight features Barry Cryer and Gavin Lee (who went on to create the stage version of Bert in Mary Poppins ...

Folk singer-songwriter's sophomore release strikes a perfect stance for the protest in the air of 1965. Chicago folk singer-songwriter Tom Paxton's second record, AIN'T THAT NEWS, was unleashed in 1965 as the people of the United States were waking up to the notion that Vietnam was more than a routine occupation. The record opens with a mission, rousting the protesting troops on the spry title track, before an eloquent trilogy lamenting the rising human cost overseas. "The Willing Conscript" balances the coy and the sincere in an innocent's address to his sergeant on war's absurdity, while the naked "Lyndon Johnson Told the Nation" cuts at the president with lines like "to help save Vietnam from the Vietnamese," before "Hold on to Me Babe" whispers the love cry of a soldier back from war. Beyond the stirring cries for change, AIN'T THAT NEWS finds the artist maturing into the master of the haunting, elegiac ballad with the enduring classic (and perhaps Paxton's signature song), "Bottle of Wine," that hopeless alcoholic's lament.
