Advantages: Captures Nirvana's Glory Disadvantages: Absolutely nothing at all.
...Live offerings are usually sub standard, but this is not the case with Nirvana's New York set. The quality of the recording is superb, and the content is also wonderful. Recorded months before Kurt Cobain decided his time on the earth was over, it captures his pain and hurt and makes you think about your own life. A great mixture of songs from various albums, including a cover of Leadbelly's "Where Did You Sleep Last Night", which may have had truth in his own life - but who knows! Nirvana's memory lives on - and this album will never die....

Advantages: good to chill out to Disadvantages: not everyones cup of tea
...This album is really good...
For someone who is into a lot of rock and metal etc. this is a really good chill out album.
The songs are all really catchy, believe me you'll catch yourself singing it all the time.
In my opinion this is Alabama3's best album although i was surprised it didn't get the hype i thought it would with the soprano's theme tune.
You'll either love or hate this album, i let some of my friends listen to it as they were going to be a T in the park but they didn't appreciate it (but then again they mostly like pop and rap)
I think good advice for this album would be to download a song such as "too sick to pray" or "woke up this morning" before you buy it. if you like these then i'm sure you would like the rest....

Advantages: Shows what inspired The Legends. Disadvantages: none
...This album is an insight into what Nirvana and mainly Kurt Cobain where influenced by. It contains unbelievable covers of David Bowie songs and Leadbelly's (the Jazz Musician) "Where did you sleep Last night?". The whole album is done acoustically and Nirvana classics are played like never before. The meat Puppets make a special appearance on a cuple of songs and the humour between band members is amazing. Songs like "plateua" and "Lake of fire" add a special touch to this Nirvana album making it different from the rest. Even the most heavy listening fan would appreciate this album as it is all played with emotion. The bass is very well used and the drums do not drown out the textured playing of the guitar. A calssic album that is a must yet again for the Nirvana fan....
