Alien.
A true classic and still as fresh today as when it was made in 1979.
We follow the crew of the Nosromo, a deep space mining vessel as it has its return journey interupted by a unknown signal from an unexplored world.
They investigate the signal and one of the crew ends up with his face covered by an alien creature. this later falls off but the damage has all ready been done. Shortly afterwards an alien bursts from John Hurts stomache and then the alien slug grows into an enormous 9ft killing machine. What happens from this point on I will not divulge here, surely you've seen it?

A summer vacation for the Pearson family looks set to be a miserable one with failed exams, family disputes, boring activities and no TV to greet them, along with the surprise arrival of Bethany's irritating boyfriend, Ricky. Decoys 2 is a 2007 film directed by Jeffrey Lando (never heard of him). It is a straight to DVD sequel to a not so well known film and I really wasn't expecting a lot from it. Especially after reading the blurb which gives the gist that sexy female aliens are going about seducing men so they can lay their eggs. This sounded like one of those really trashy films that's all about getting as many sex scenes into a film as possible with a very weak story line pulling them together. I hadn't seen the first film and I was expecting to just take a quick look at this film and watching something else but I was pleasantly surprised as it was quite good.
