...Going back in the annals of time, I remember when I first heard Kiss - it was Alive 2 and more accurately Ace Frehley's song 'Shock Me' which just blew me away! I'd never really heard hard rock before and what came of the speakers of my very modest system at the time (1978 as I recall) was nothing short of breathtaking! 22 years on and the album still has no competition. People mocked it when it was released as it only had 3 sides of live material with the fourth being studio tracks, but it still had more live songs than its predecessor AND also new tracks (Rocket Ride being the best) Unless Kiss' last ever album Alive 4 is stupendous, then they have never bettered Alive 2 in terms of the performances - this, along with Psycho Circus will be the album they will be remembered by.... ...Filmed at a live concert at Wembley stadium on a scorching hot June day in 1995 in front of 72,000 screaming fans, this was Bon Jovi's tour which co-incided with their Crossroads best of album. If you want to see the band performing all their biggest songs in front of a huge audience then this is the video for you. If you want to capture the feeling of being at a great rock concert then this is the one for you. There are so many great tracks included in this concert - Livin' on a prayer you give love a bad name keep the faith always blaze of glory lay your hands on me i'll sleep when i'm dead / pappa was a rolling stone (medley) bad medicine / shout (medley) hey god wanted dead or alive this ain't a love song plus a bonus video of these days The running time is 1 and a half hours. ...I know this is the album section but i don't know how to move it without having to rewrite it all again This video is a must for all bon jovi fans! It is the very first Live Bon jovi concert on video It is filmed Live in wembley Stadium, London UK, on June 25th 1995, an hour and half of pure stadium rock. Shot in front of 72,000 roaring fans, me being one of them and knowing the fact it was being filmed made everyone scream even louder, the atmosphere was explosive and it can be relived day after day with this video. It contains all of bon jovi's best material and even some new stuff which was just as fantastic as the classics.
