All Little Devils - Dismal Euphony

Advantages: metallica produce yet another classic album
Disadvantages: rubbish artwork, lack of lyrics again

...This album has several brilliant Metallica songs on it. The best of the CD are 'Devils Dance', 'Prince Charming', 'Fuel', 'Better than you' and 'Unforgiven 2'. Metallica brilliantly mix hard rock classics with the storng ballads such as unforgiven 2, this is an absolutely classic track, even better, IMO than the first Unforgiven and that says something as that is a classic song. All 13 tracks are very good, the only exception in my opinion is 'Fixxxer' which seems a little flat, but the explosive tracks liek Devils dance, Better than you and Prince charming well more than make up for it. Advantages: Catchy, loud and lots of bass
Disadvantages: Strong language

...that hills weren't the sbject of that little ditty and although the album pushes the limits that little bit further than any of Eminem's solo efforts, I found it highly entertaining. Amusing though "Purple Pills" (the real title) is, it is by no means the best track on the album. My all time favourite has to be "Fight Music" with it's dark, brooding, almost apocalyptic feel. I think it will be a surefire hit. The title track "Devil's Night" consists mostly of Eminem's lyrical excellence and is so catchy I have found myself humming it time and time again. "Pimp like me" on the other hand is unremarkable with almost monotonous lyrics. The rest I'll leave for you to develop your own opinion about. All in all, it is a very good album that would be a valuable addition to any rap fans repertoire. For the faint hearted on the other hand, I advise... Read review
