Oh yes Michael Jackson and there was such a big craze for him. Just because he decided to have another face change all his so called fans walked off calling him a loon. I'm sorry, but if Michael Jackson is a loon then we all are because we are all different in some way. Just because he didn't want to conform to the norm or he had a role model that he wanted to be like and changed his face to be like we make the decision not to like him. ...He is undoubtably one of the most talked about and famous pop legends of all time. Michael was born on the 29th of August 1958 and was the seventh child to be born out of nine to Joe and Katherine Jackson. His heritage comes from a working class background. Michael showed an early interest in music along with other members of his family. Michael began his musical career at the age of 5 as the lead singer of the Jackson 5 who played local clubs and bars around Indiana. Michael's allegedly abusive father, pushed his sons into forming a group called the Jackson 5, which quickly rose from playing local talent shows to landing a contract with the renown Motown label. ...I recently rediscovered this album, after about 8 years and have fallen in love with it all over again. If you are not acquainted with the lovely Ben Folds. then it is well worth a listen. if you are already a fan, and you havent got this album, then buy it now!! This album brings back happy memories of studying for my A levels, it is an original album with a quirky style, that you either love or hate. The songs on the album are clevery written with a strong piano base, with a sense of rythmn that's captured and reinforced within the music and not just the drums, you really 'feel' them. It's impossible not to take notice and get involved with each song.
