Advantages: An album worth owning, though not his strongest. Disadvantages: A couple of really forgettable tracks.
heavy rock feel which sounds great but the lyrics let it down I feel.-
Well there are some very good tracks on here and some unforgettable ones too. Some that I just press the skip button on; Disappointed? Well I suppose I was on the whole. I thought that I would like more of the tracks than I did. But I'm not sorry I bought the album, I just don't play it as much as 'Back To Bedlam', his first album. I think that after a three year absence I was expecting a little more from his second album than this. What I would say is for any James Blunt fans out there, that it is still worth owning 'All the Lost Souls' for the stand out tracks that I have mentioned. I shall stay loyal and wait in anticipation for the third album by James Blunt and hope that he delivers a bit more solid content than I personally found here on 'All ...
Whitney Houston the album came out in 1985 and was produced by Artista Records, Inc.
Now, it may be a little bit uncool to admit this but I love Whitney Houston. Ever since, I wanna Dance with Somebody(which is not on this album) I have loved her. I was lucky enough to find a husband who loved her just as much as me, a little confession he came to on our first date so I definitely knew I was onto a winner. As a big fan he has all her albums and so I have listened to them all now countless times.
Whitney Houston was born on August 9th, 1963 and is an extremely successful recording artist and actress. She comes from a very successful family and upbringing, her aunt is Dionne Warwick and her godmother is Aretha Franklin. Music was in the blood and she starting singing gospel music in her local church at aged 11. She is famed for her ...
Advantages: Really good mix of songs, brill voice Disadvantages: Some may find it depressing
sensitive songs. He is quoted as saying ' Sensitivity isn't being wimpy, it is about being so painfully aware that a flee landing on a dog is like a sonic boom.'
I think he shows us his sensitive side with this album. The track included on it are:-
1. 1973
2. One of the Brightest Stars
3. I'll Take Everything
4. Same Mistake
5. Carry You Home
6. Give Me Some Love
7. I Really Want You
8. Shine On
9. Annie
10. I Can't Hear the Music
All of the tracks are great and there are no weak links on this album. The music does vary with there being a mix of fast songs and also some ballads. My personal favourite on this album is Carry You Home as I have seen the video and after watching it the song has much more meaning for me and my hubby. I believe he has earned the right to have the army theme for the video and being shown carrying his ...

Album Reviews
Down Beat (p.80) - 3 stars out of 5 -- "Person is much more than just a superlative soulman and he entertainingly showcases other styles, such as the spry swing of Benny Carter's 'Wonderland' and the Brazilian sway of 'Far Away Lands'..."
