...David Essex, born David Cook, in 1947, has enjoyed a varied career over the last 35 years. He has acted both on stage and in films and television and has many a successful song in the charts. Over the years he has twenty three hits to get into the top 30. He currently has a song in the charts, though I doubt it will make it far due to lack of air play. This song came about as part of a Channel 4 documentary, which attempted to bring back the Christmas number One. He has quite a following, of all ages, and still continues to tour. These days he only sells his records via his website and at the concerts, but previous releases can be found in good music shops. One of these is the CD, The Best of David Essex. ...This CD is a must for any ageing David Essex fan. The picture on the cover is enough to make any girl go weak at the knees! Look at those beatiful blue eyes- yummy! I keep the CD propped up next to my computer so I can look at him ....aawwww But enough of that- what about the music? This CD is a greatest hits record, and that's what it delivers. Advantages: easy to use, play with others, handy packaging, great fun

...I have owned a Nintendo DS for about a year. I thoroughly enjoy playing on it, even if the novelty has worn off a little. The touch screen is great and means that many gaming options are available. The ability to connect with other owners of the Nintendo DS is an innovation. It means that when travelling or on holiday you can take a whole load of games with you without the bulk or weight. Scrabble, backgammon, chess, checkers, as well as a host of card games are easily shared with a fellow owner of the DS and the fact they don't even have to own the game card is fantastic. It is great fun for adults and children alike. The easy storage of the stylus is great as well as being provided with spares with many packages. It is just a shame the games are so expensive!...
