Advantages: Solid tracks, the same trusted Roy Khan vocals. Disadvantages: Maybe a little too far from the Kamelot tree, tried to hard.
...As always, the albumart alone is enough to make you buy the album and just see what it is at home, however, as a true fan of Roy Khans vocals, I knew I was in for a treat.
The songs are different from the older Kamelot stuff, this is good and bad. Good because they should be expending, and besides, it still sounds like a treat, I love listening to it and got tickets for the concert.
However, it sounds like they tried to remix somewhat to much, and the vicious awesome looking violin playing woman is nowhere to be heared, which makes me a little sad, because they know to use anything and make a awesome track out of it.
I would not recommend this if you are a person that knows 'Call of the Sea' out of your head, otherwise, it is a good album, really worth listening....

Advantages: great songs, style and music Disadvantages: my own way is on it
...This must surely go down as a landmark in the duran boys career, after the success of the eponymous first album it was assumed that the boys would disappear into oblivion, instead they started to take the world by storm with singles like hungry like the wolf, rio and the excellent save a prayer which shot the boys to worldwide fame, and should have made number one, the production is excellent and if you skip my own way, you have a flawless album that for 1982 stood alone in its field....

...An excellent record, and now that it's been reissued at mid-price it has to be a must in everyone's collection.
At the beginning of the 80's 2-tone burst onto the music scene and gave it a last reminder of the spirit of 77 before bland corporate pop threatened to take over music for the rest of the decade.
The main 2-tone act were the Specials and this was their 1st album. Whilst not containing undoubted gems such as "Gangsters", "Rat Race" and "Ghost Town" it does include "Too much Too Young" their 1st UK #1 and could be bought for this alone. The addition of other lesser known songs such as Do the Dog, Monkey Man, & Concrete Jungle just goes to prove how vital they were.
For anyone who like's SKA or even punk - this is a must have...
