...Blaze of Glory is actually taken from the Young Guns 2 Soundtrack, and features Jon Bon Jovi on his own, away from the rest of the band.
As expected, the album has a very "cowboy" theme, and most of the songs follow along that kind of line. Some songs are not that good - "Justice in the Barrel" being a good example, but the way that the songs are interspersed with actual voiceovers from the film makes it more interesting and hearable
"Santa Fe", the fifth song on the album, is an absolut classic and would grace any album. The other main song "Dying aint much of a living" features Elton John on the piano and backing vocals...

Better than good Review ofNew Jersey [Remastered] [ECD] - Bon Joviby

Advantages: see text Disadvantages: not like their new stuff therefore meaning it might not appeal to some
...all about what they shared as kids, and the song ends with Jon telling us that despite the fact that they have all gone their separate ways, when all is said and done - if they ever needed each other they’d be there.
I love this song. I have been told that they very rarely song this song live and feel privileged to have had the experience of hearing it first hand.
Homebound Train :-
It’s here that we kick off into cowboy style, "Have we any cowboy’s in the house tonight? This one’s for you!" OK! YES! I know that this is Jon’s standard intro. to the amazing "Wanted - Dead or Alive", but it emphasises how big Jon is into cowboy stuff!
Home bound train has all the sounds of the Wild West, the old steam train chugging along, with some heavy drums in the background - seriously addictive once you have got used...

...What a surprising follow-up to the faux-metal Britrock posterings of "Polythene." Feeder managed pull a spectacular album from seemingly uninspiring influences.
Opening with the crashing guitar noise of "Anaesthetic," this album wants you to sit up and listen. Along the way we have such polished rock gems as "Insomnia" and the catchy "Hole in My Head," interspersed with more introspective moments like "Dry" and the sublime "Paperfaces."
The guitar parts have that familiar Britrock distortion sound, but tempered with a subtlety that was missing on previous releases. Bassist Taka Hirose takes a back seat, assuming more rythymic than melodic duties, but contributions can clearly be heard on the title track and "Tinsel Town." Drummer Jon Lee's exuberance shines through as always, driving the songs, and the drumming on "Tinsel Town" must...
