Advantages: makes a good case for another cd Disadvantages: Not worth listening to
...The 2nd album comes 5 years after the release of their debut album 'beg for mercy', producing yet again gangsta rap, this time though features a whole array of guests that the group have encountered in that 5 year span such as swizz beats, eminem, rick ross.
Well from the original G Unit album to this there have been some major changes, for those people out there who follow the beef etc between rappers will know that the G unit name is fading rapidly as is there music. You have gone from absolute classics such as 'stunt 101' and 'g'd up' with their amzing hip hop beats to there recent stuff which almost sounds as if it could have been created by 6 year olds. Songs such as 'rider' show this as a prime example. G unit has lost two of there members young buck and The game and this has shown in their music even though young buck features...

Vai is back!! Review ofReal Illusions (Reflections) - Steve Vaiby
ILIKEMONEY
Advantages: Very toned guitar riffs with loads of effects makes it spectacular Disadvantages: Can be a-bit repeatative at parts
...Steve vai is a World famous guitarist. He is American and has played guitar since he was a kidso it goes without saying that he is great at what he does.
His playing takes many different tones but they are all designed to capture the listeners emotions. This CD has a very rock feel to it but it captures lots of emotions from Love to sorrow.
Steve has been in many bands since he was a kid. This is his most recent album with his band"steve Vai"
Guitar/Vocals: steve vai
Bass/Vocals: Billy Sheehan
Guitar/Vocals/keys: Tony MacAlpine
Guitar: Dave Weiner
Drums: Jeremy Colson
The band really work together producing one of the best linups yet.
This CD is great. Its like a guitar solo as a song a purely great peice of musical talent and a must have for all guitar players.
The starting song "building the Church" is a great opener and makes you...

Advantages: skillful musicianship Disadvantages: not easy to find in stores
...Rising Force was the first neo-classical metal epic I ever bought. I'd heard of Yngwie Malmsteen (sorry, Yngwie J. Malmsteen!) but up until then I'd held Eddie Van Halen in awe as the king of speed rock guitar. What Malmsteen introduced shook the guitar world and raised the standard of technical excellence forever. I bought the LP (thats about 12" of plastic with a hole in the middle for you youngsters out there) and I swear that when YJM ripped into the fist shredding run up the fretboard I actually checked the record deck was on 33 and not 45!
Malmsteen plays the guitar nearly as fast as a classical violinist plays a violin, and players such as Tony MacAlpine, Joey Tafolla, Vinnie Moore and Joe Stump followed in Malmsteen's footsteps to release neo-classical dirges of their own. As with most "new" styles others follow quickly to jump...
