...slow and easy, then gradually builds to a full swing/jazz Italian number. You can tell that Patrizio enjoyed recording this song. He even growls out a couple of notes in all the excitement and fun of the song. This is a song you will set your CD player to repeat.
The biggest surprise on this CD is the unbelievable job that Patrizio does with "Home To Mamma". It's actually "Funicula Funicula" with new and fun lyrics co-written by Patrizio. He pulls out all the stops, and suddenly turns into an opera singer just this side of Mario Lanza! His powerful vocal artistry combined with the Philharmonic Choir, makes this song a goose-bump giving hit. I love it!
"Alta Marea" is the Italian version of "Don't Dream It's Over" by "Crowded House". Patrizio combined with the orchestra horns makes the song a truely romantic masterpiece.
A nice light...

Patrizio Buanne Review ofItalian, The - Patrizio Buanneby
gemmagetsrich123
Advantages: Very thoughtful Lyrics Disadvantages: None
...the atmosphere of an evening in Rome.
Parla Piu Piano - Meaning Speak softer. This is quite a soft song, not really one of my favourites but it is still a good song. This was also taken from the film 'The Godfather'
Na Sera E Maggio - Meaning An Evening in May. A very beautiful and slow song, completely in Italian but I assume it describes an evening in May.
Soli - Meaning Alone. This songs describes the days when you sit in with a partner having a lazy day together.
A man without Love - comes in 2 versions, English and Italian. This is one of my favourite songs, describing the feelings of a man without Love. I think it does a really good job of describing loneliness, and it something lots of people could relate to.
Alta Marea - Meaning High Pressure. Italian version of 'Don't dream its over' by Crowded House. Another one of my favourites...
