Alternative Blueprint Vol.1 EP - Various Artists

Advantages: Variations of well known songs.

...Brill album, much better than the first Radio one live lounge album. All tracks have been previously played on the radio one live lounge with Joe Willie, but I never get a chance to listen to them all first time they are on the radio, so its nice to hear them all. Some tracks really funny and are all by well-known artist's. The artists and bands either record alternative recordings of there own songs or ones by other artists, which is really interesting. I really love the Amy winehouse - Valerie its a slower version and is really good. It features allot of the top 40 bands and gives you a chance of hearing unusual tracks that you would not normally hear from such band albums. Highly Recommended.... Read review

Advantages: 4-5 GREAT Songs, Many OK
Disadvantages: Some Bad Featured Artists

...Some of the best songs on Disc 1 include "Dream", "The Watcher 2", "'03 Bonnie and Clyde", and "All Around the World". Disc 1 has many featured artists including Dr. Dre, Notorious B.I.G, and LaToiya Williams. I enjoy these songs because "Dream" and "The Watcher 2" are classics and Jay-Z remixing them is genius. Some of my favorites on Disc 2 include "Some People Hate" and "Some How Some Way". Also MANY featured artists on here including Lenny Kravitz, Memphis Bleek, and Beanie Sigel. Overall I believe that this CD combo is above most of the other artists that were currently out and it is more than just "club" beats, songs who are flashy and blingly and get people in the mood for dancing. Some songs are thought-provoking and people who do not even regually enjoy Rap/Hip-Hop music might enjoy this great CD.... Read review
