Advantages: Fantastic music Disadvantages: Not a single one
...Psychedelic Frequencies is probably one of my most favourite CDs of all times. It is a compilation of some of the best Psychedelic music that was ever created.
It starts off with the seminal work, "White Rabbit" by Jefferson Airplane. The soaring, sexually charged voice of Grace Slick on this song (which owes a great deal for its musical structure to Ravel's Bolero) is a definitive musical moment of the 1960s counter culture. (Oops, I think I went a bit OTT then!)
The second track, King Midas in Reverse, by The Hollies, has some exceptionally fine acoustic guitarwork. It tells the story of someone who is "King Midas with a curse, he's King Midas in reverse" The use of strings and orchestral instruments and tambourines adds greatly to this song.
Track three, War In Peace, by Skip Spence, is probably typical of the late 1960...

Advantages: A few damn good songs Disadvantages: A few damn uninteresting songs
...One of Golf Records’ newest compilations (now superceded by vol.5 which happily costs £1 less at Amazon), Another Round of Golf vol.4 follows in the same vein as previous releases. It contrasts well-known bands like Less Than Jake and Snuff with more recently established acts such as the ever improving Gash and female pop-punksters Tuuli. Altogether it forms a memorable record that matches Epitaph’s 'Punk-O-Rama' collection in enjoyment and fulfilment.
While its originally imaginative title' Another Round of Golf Volume 4' might perhaps call for a range of less-than-amusing Golf cracks, the album pretty much sells itself. Despite a couple of less imaginative tracks from the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Snuff, the overall quality sets the tone for what Golf will produce next: it will doubtlessly shine also.

Advantages: wrestler music in full Disadvantages: are there any?
...Volume 4 of the wwf music includes chris jericho, the big show, edge and other favourites. It is well worht the money and although Test and Vince Mcmahon's music are short it is otherwise a great CD. The only tracks I skip are Mark Henry's sexual chocolate and Billy gunns Mr. Ass as these are either boring or repetitive, otherwise WWF vol4 is perfect. My favourites are big show, undertaker (ministry) Jericho and the stone cold remix. On that note, not a l0t of people might not like that particular track but give it a chance, I think it should have been used as his entrance music because it describes him perfectly (oh hell yeah!). In all this CD is meant fdor anyone who loves wwf. I do and I loved the CD, even non wrestling fans may enjoy this but if you are not sure then don't try it unless you know what the tracks are like. If you love...
